50ml The Dubliner Irish Whiskey
Ginger Ale
2 lime wedges
Fill a highball glass with ice and pour over The Dubliner Irish Whiskey. Top with ginger ale and squeeze in the juice of a lime wedge. Add lime wedge to the glass to garnish and serve.

90ml Ginger Beer
10ml Fresh lime juice
Fill highball glass with fresh, chunky ice. Pour in Dubliner, fresh lime juice and top with ginger beer. Add lime wedges to garnish and stir.

On the palette waves of cinnamon spice round out to a warming finish of chilli. Dubliner Fiery Irish is made for those high energy moments as a shot or for slower moments as an after-dinner drink, served neat or over ice. It's fiery and deeply satisfying.
Aroma: Hot cinnamon buns, honeyed sweetness, toffee pennies, and a little caramel.
Taste: Buttery cinnamon toast dissolves into candy floss sweetness with rounded notes of menthol, clove, and peppermint humbugs.
Finish: It rounds out to a gorgeously warming finish with a prickle of chilli and more cinnamon spice.
